| 5. | Suction pipe, discharge pipe and pump inlet was partially clogged by impurities | The pipes need to be checked and cleaned up. |
| 6. | Pump direction is opposite | Change the direction accordingly. |
3. Leakage of mechanical seal of fire pump-

| 6. | The seal ring assembly/ volume deformation or corrosion | Reinstall or replace fire pump seal ring |
4. Overheating of fire pump motor-

| 2. | The Range (flow, head) is used more than the fire pump design requirements | Choose the right motor by series spectrum |
| 3. | Fire pump assembly quality is poor; there is friction with the Fire Department or the motor shaft misalignment | Check the assembly quality, eliminate assembly failure. |
